When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 4:30 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day. Orders made after this time will usually ship the next business day. During sales and peak seasons, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details as soon as your order ships. Additionally, you can log into your account to find your tracking number under "Order History."
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Enjoy hassle-free shopping with no hidden costs!
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! We accept returns for store credit within 20 days of the ship date. Make sure items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. For further information, please review our full Return Policy.
How do I start a return?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at shop@aurealuxcollective.com. Please provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will resolve it quickly.
