Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 4:30 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

A confirmation email is sent after your order is placed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at shop@aurealuxcollective.com or (972) 584-7127.

To request a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.

Shipping timelines are based on business days and begin after the carrier has picked up the order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses using our standard shipping method. Please ensure all routing and military information is accurate at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You may also log in to your account and view tracking under “Order History.”

Note: Tracking may not be active until the carrier has scanned the package.

Expedited Orders

Expedited orders must be placed by 9:00 AM CST for same-day shipping. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day. Expedited options are not available for PO Boxes.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to correct it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

Orders canceled prior to shipping may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees and return-to-sender charges will apply.

Carrier Responsibility

Aurea Lux Collective is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers. Once your package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your order is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim through their official website.
