Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your pieces from Aurea Lux Collective. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and elegant—just like you.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and dropped off within 20 days of the ship date to be eligible for store credit.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the ship date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and free of visible wear.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Earrings, hats, headbands, tights, and pillowcases
  • Items purchased on sale or labeled FINAL SALE
  • Items with visible wear: makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, or damage
  • Items returned without tags or after the return window

Note: Ineligible returns will be automatically donated and are not refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at shop@aurealuxcollective.com or call/text (972) 584-7127. If we miss your call, please leave your name and order number in a voicemail.
  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label with instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s), ensure tags are attached, and affix the return label.
  4. Drop off the package or schedule a carrier pickup.

Important: All returns must be approved through our portal. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be donated.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. If you are returning more than 9 items, additional handling fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at shop@aurealuxcollective.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.

Modified Return Policy

If you return more than $2,000 in merchandise within a 12-month period, you may be placed on a modified return policy. We will notify you if this applies.

Color & Fit Variations

We strive to display items as accurately as possible, but slight differences in color, print placement, or pattern may occur and are not considered defects.
